Residential Assistant, full-time. This position pays $20.00–$22.00 per hour.

As a Residential Assistant, you will support, encourage, and pray with the women and children in the program. You will demonstrate values and the heart of Jesus in a Christ-centered community. You will ensure the home is safe, structured, and aligned with program guidelines. You will help the women stay on track with their goals, leading with grace and accountability. You will foster healthy connections while maintaining strong personal and professional boundaries.

The ideal candidate is capable, motivated, and willing to learn and grow as the position evolves. As a Residential Assistant – Livermore, you must be able to:

• Provide spiritual and Biblical guidance by encouraging and praying with women, children, staff, and volunteers
• Overnight position with a set schedule of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10 PM to 6 AM; occasional support of other shifts
• Secure the facility and set alarms on all buildings
• Supervise and hold residents accountable for their program goals and tasks
• Accept feedback through supervision, showing willingness to learn and improve
• Adhere to standards, procedures, documentation, and schedules established by supervision
• Attend scheduled meetings and trainings as required
• Occasionally drive residents to appointments (company vehicle provided)
• Support the ministry s culture, growth, and success through communication and positivity
• Adhere to Mandated Reporter policy and procedures

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver s license (3+ years) and clean driving record
• Ability to provide a negative drug test result
• Background check eligibility

• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job
• Occasionally work in high-stress situations
• Occasionally lift up to 30 lbs and perform essential functions
• Occasionally work in emergency situations
• Occasionally work alone
• Overnights and weekends
• Able to ascend and descend stairs
