- Assist in management and training of all school staff, including a comprehensive training program for all candidates.
- Work some nights and weekends as required.
- Teach swim lessons.
- Prior experience in aquatics and service‑driven management.
- Prior swim instruction experience.
$25.00 - $27.00 per hour. Quarterly bonus based on revenue achievement.
