Logistics Traffic Manager - Livermore: oversee all inbound and outbound activities at a distribution center. Identify, design, develop and engineer continuous improvement efforts for the client, and solve problems as they arise.

Schedule:

3 days on; 2 off; 3 on; 3 off

1st Shift

• Coach and mentor other leaders.
• Conduct employee performance reviews.
• Manage the transportation budget for a distribution center.
• Report on performance metrics.
• Monitor carrier compliance and meet with carriers on a regular basis.
• Resolve all transportation and shipping issues that come up.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external customers.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, warehouse environment.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
