OverviewLogistics Traffic Manager - Livermore: oversee all inbound and outbound activities at a distribution center. Identify, design, develop and engineer continuous improvement efforts for the client, and solve problems as they arise.

3 days on; 2 off; 3 on; 3 off
1st Shift
Responsibilities- Coach and mentor other leaders.
- Conduct employee performance reviews.
- Manage the transportation budget for a distribution center.
- Report on performance metrics.
- Monitor carrier compliance and meet with carriers on a regular basis.
- Resolve all transportation and shipping issues that come up.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, warehouse environment.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Starting wages are $67,700 - $84,600 per hour based on experience.
