Position OverviewLocated in Livermore, CA. The primary focus of the Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker role is to ensure a high level of customer service by supporting field operations through accurate order fulfillment, safe material handling, and timely deliveries. This role requires adaptability to dynamic business needs and a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
Technical Responsibilities- Pull warehouse orders accurately using RF terminals and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Move materials within the warehouse while adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Lift and carry up to 75 lbs. frequently and 100 lbs. occasionally.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and proactively address workplace hazards.
- Load Villara delivery vehicles according to routing instructions and standard work procedures.
- Operate transportation vehicles including 28’ box trucks, 16’ stake beds and commercial vans.
- Transport materials securely to designated job sites and unload according to standard work documentation.
- Ensure delivery paperwork is accurate and complete.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Delivery or Outbound Supervisor.
- Support our field operation with precise order fulfillment.
- Communicate irregularities with field and delivery leadership.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by providing accurate feedback to the leadership team.

- Hold a valid California Driver’s License.
- HVAC and plumbing parts knowledge preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- All physical requirements are noted on the Physical Requirements document for Delivery Driver.
- Current types of forklifts to be operated:
Sit‑down, Stand‑up reach, and Combilift. - The department is led by the Warehouse Manager.
- Processes are controlled using standard work documentation. All warehouse employees are required to follow standard works and are encouraged to suggest improvements.
- Overtime will be required as fluctuations in the workload dictate.
- Clocking in to start work one minute late is considered late.
- Maintain a professional attitude and adhere to all company policies.
- All Villara employees are expected to work well with other team members, sub‑contractors, and customers.
- Good attendance and performance standing are required to be eligible for transfer or promotion.
- All injuries, regardless of severity or where it occurred must be reported to the supervisor immediately.
- 35 lines per hour after first 30 days of employment.
- 45 lines per hour after first 90 days of employment.
