Variable Fleet Coordinator
An opportunity is available for a Variable Fleet Coordinator to manage delivery vehicle fleet units. This role involves overseeing fleet health, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring vehicles are ready for service. The position requires travel between four locations during the work week.
Location(s):
Livermore, California 94550 (Main Location - Onsite) Three additional locations that need to be visited 1-2 times a week:

- Manage key aspects of variable fleet units, including delivery vehicles.
- Perform detailed pre and post in-service inspections of the fleet.
- Coordinate light detailing, washing, and cleaning of fleet units.
- Schedule corrective mechanical and body repairs with third-party vendors.
- Ensure the refueling of returned units.
- Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and fleet personnel to maintain fleet health.
- Maintain records of all completed activities, whether managed directly or by a third party.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to improve the program.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
A minimum of six months of experience managing rental or fleet vehicles (at least 50 vehicles) is required. This includes an understanding of repair, maintenance, and customer service. Additionally, 2-5 years of customer service or client account management experience is highly desirable.
Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Other Requirements:
Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. Possess a valid Driver's License, and have a clean driving record. The role requires the ability to be on your feet for the majority of the day and drive between locations. Availability on some weekends and holidays may be necessary.
