Warehouse Packing & Shipping Associate

Warehouse Clerk Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Warehouse Associate to assist with day-to-day warehouse operations. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys hands‑on tasks, takes pride in maintaining an organized workspace, and can efficiently handle packing, shipping, and general support duties.

• Prepare and assemble packaging materials for outgoing shipments
• Remove and properly dispose of excess packaging, including breaking down boxes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to ensure a safe work environment
• Support shipping and receiving functions, including checking and verifying deliveries
• Accurately label, package, and stage products for shipment
• Track and document shipment details and inventory as required
• Provide general assistance to team members across warehouse operations

• Prior experience in a warehouse or light industrial setting is a plus
• Familiarity with UPS World Ship or similar shipping systems preferred
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Dependable, punctual, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
• Basic computer proficiency for shipping and tracking systems

• Clean and structured warehouse environment with a supportive team
• Consistent daytime schedule offering stable hours
