Salary Range: $19.00 To $21.00 Hourly

Overview: Welcome to Mancini’s Sleep world, a dynamic company at the forefront of mattress technology and sleep solutions. With over 50 years of experience, we’re focused on improving how people sleep and live. We are building a team of Mattress Match Makers to enhance the customer experience in our locations. This role supports the Receiving Department on the day shift.

We currently have 2 OPEN POSITIONS for the DAY SHIFT.

2 open positions - (07:00 am – 03:30 pm) for our Receiving Department

Starting pay
: $19.00 - $21.00

What will you be doing as a Warehouse Associate:

• Offload merchandise from trailers or containers
• Pull merchandise for orders
• Stage merchandise for deliveries and customer pick-ups
• Ensure all merchandise has the correct company label/SKU
• Stock merchandise into rack bays as assigned
• Run assigned reports to self-audit work performance
• Check delivery trucks for merchandise coming back from routes to the Distribution Center
• Scan and restock merchandise to the correct Distribution Center locations
• Work overtime including days off as business needs require

You will need these skills as a Warehouse Associate:

• Ability to lift, pull, push, or carry up to 100–150 pounds
• Must be able to stand for long periods
• Must be able to operate a forklift, picker, powered pallet jack, and manual pallet jack
• Must pass/complete Mancini’s material handling equipment training course within 15 days of hire
• Warehouse experience preferred
• Must be a high school graduate or have a GED
• Aptitude to properly use a handheld scan gun
• Aptitude for basic computer tasks – Word, Excel, and our WMS
• Must have the ability to communicate clearly, both in written and verbal
• Can-Do attitude a must
• The team mentality is a must
• Knowledge of Lean Methodology a plus
• Knowledge of 5S a plus
• Knowledge of 6-Sigma a plus
• Bilingual English / Spanish a plus
