Nanny Housekeeper

Overview

Are you an energetic, supportive, helpful, experienced, sole‑charge Nanny/Housekeeper looking for a new role in Coulsdon, Surrey? The family are a warm, busy family with three young children aged 7, 6 and 4 years old. The parents run their own business, life is fast‑paced, and they need someone who gets stuck in and sees what needs doing.

The role will include all aspects of childcare including school runs during term time, cooking and nursery duties, and during the school holidays you will find exciting activities to keep the children entertained, and help them learn through fun and play! During term time there will be time during the day to carry out the housekeeping side of the role, this will include laundry for the family, bed changes, keeping the house tidy and organised, cleaning the bathrooms, running errands and the weekly food shop.

This is a really wonderful role for someone with a muck in attitude, hands on approach and someone that doesn’t need micro‑managing!

Coulsdon, Surrey

• Minimum experience:
  
  3 years with pre‑school and school‑aged children; SEN experience would be beneficial.
• First aid: 1st aid.
• Qualifications:
  
  Childcare.
• Driving:
  Yes, own car with business insurance.
• References:
  Minimum 2 professional referees, one of whom must be your current or last employer. Both must be immediately contactable.
• Certificates:
  Up‑to‑date enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service; 12‑hour Paediatric First Aid Certificate.
• Professional insurance (nanny insurance) recommended.

• Hours of work: 12 noon – 7 pm during term time; 8 am – 6.30 pm during school holidays.
• Days required:
  Monday – Friday.
