Child Care Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Child Care Assistant to support the wellbeing and development of children with complex needs in a safe and nurturing setting. As a Child Care Assistant, you will work closely with education and therapy teams to create a positive, structured environment that promotes social and emotional growth.

• Engage children in purposeful and stimulating activities
• Support children's behaviour, wellbeing, and social skills
• Assist with daily routines and personal care as needed
• Collaborate with teaching staff and therapists to meet individual needs
