Pay: £14.50/hr + £68 per sleep-in
Shift Pattern: 2 on / 4 off or 1 on / 2 off

, a leading provider of therapeutic residential care across the Northwest. We’re looking for confident, compassionate, and motivated Team Leaders to support and guide our teams in providing exceptional care to young people aged 8–17.
You’ll play a key role in creating a nurturing, safe, and structured home environment for young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), trauma backgrounds, and complex needs. As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example — supporting staff, implementing care plans, and ensuring every young person receives the consistent, high-quality support they deserve.

Requirements and benefitsRequirements
We’re looking for individuals who are:
- Experienced in residential childcare (minimum of 2 years preferred)
- Strong leaders who can motivate and support a team
- Confident in managing challenging situations with calmness and professionalism
- Passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people
- Excellent communicators with strong organisational skills
Essential:
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Flexibility to work a rolling rota including sleep-ins
- Commitment to completing leadership and management development training
Desirable:
- Supervisory or senior experience within a children’s residential setting
- Full UK driving licence
