Night Team Member – YHA Liverpool Albert Dock

Permanent, flexible contract. Minimum 25 hours per week. £12.21 per hour, rising to £12.71 per hour from 1st March 2026 in line with National Living Wage (applies to all, including those under the age of 21).

As a Night Team Member, you'll play a key role in making our guests' experiences memorable. Your efforts will be at the core of our mission to provide exceptional hospitality.

• Ensuring the security of the hostel, making every guest feel safe and welcome
• Working on reception, providing support to guests and preparing necessary reports
• Regular inspections to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort
• Carrying out cleaning duties, helping to prepare the breakfast service, and covering various tasks to ensure a seamless guest experience

• Excellent timekeeping, flexibility to cover different shifts – punctual, able to meet deadlines
• Basic IT skills (ideally Microsoft Office) – able to use Word, Outlook, Excel
• A food safety qualification would be beneficial (desirable)
• Knowledge and understanding of YHA's purpose and values
• Demonstration of YHA's HEART values – bringing them to life in everyday work
