We are seeking a reliable and proactive couple to join our team in a live‑in role that combines general maintenance duties with bar work and cleaning responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy hands‑on work and being part of a friendly, member‑focused environment.

• Carry out general maintenance tasks and basic repairs (electrical, plumbing, joinery, and building) inside and outside the clubhouse.
• Painting and touch‑ups in hotel rooms.
• Maintain and care for the buggy fleet.
• Keep driving range and patio areas tidy and brushed.
• Perform Health & Safety checks: weekly water temperature checks; weekly fire alarm tests; monthly emergency lighting and fire exit inspections; monitor heating oil levels; clean trolley and shoe blower; ensure drains are clear; check car park areas for litter.

• Assist with bar service and customer care.
• General cleaning of clubhouse and guest areas.
• Support events and functions as required.

• Practical skills in maintenance and repairs.
• Friendly, positive attitude with excellent customer service.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Commitment to Health & Safety standards.
