The Maintenance Manager will direct the strategic initiatives and objectives of the Maintenance department, as well as managing day to day operations through the engagement of the team.
All members of the department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and hotel-specific service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel.
You will act as an ambassador for your own hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values.
At all times, you will treat others around you with respect, dignity and fairness.
As a Maintenance Manager and a Head of Department, you'll be keeping your department running like clockwork and leading your team to ensure all guests have an incredible experience with us.

If you're our ideal Maintenance Manager you will:
Have previous experience working in a similar role within the Hospitality industry Be hands-on and prepared to get out and about in the hotel, working on fixes and improvements alongside your team Have exceptional knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems that you can share with your team Understand the finances of the hotel and have basic knowledge of budgeting and reporting Be up for a challenge because no two days are the same working in Maintenance Some of the perks you could enjoy include:
