Position: Rosette Kitchen Sous Chef – Lead a Busy Country Hotel

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sous Chef for a country hotel on the English/Welsh borders. This role involves working in a busy Rosette standard kitchen, assisting the Head Chef, and preparing meals using fresh ingredients.

The ideal candidate has previous experience as a Sous Chef, strong management skills, and the ability to work independently. The position offers a salary up to £35k plus tips, meals, and off-site accommodation.
