Overview
The Botanist Liverpool One is recruiting a Sous Chef.
Responsibilities- Expert kitchen management ensuring a safe, efficient, and profitable environment.
- Oversee stock, rotas, recruitment, and overall food safety/hygiene.
- Divide time evenly between cooking, managing systems and procedures, and developing the team.
- Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to advise on food operations, guest experience, and bookings/events.
- 50% discount for you and up to five guests when dining at any of our restaurants.
