We're looking for an energetic, people-focused Operations Manager to help lead the day‑to‑day operations of our exciting and growing venue.

This is a hands‑on role overseeing our sports courts, Pilates studio, café/bar operations and customer experience, ensuring every member and guest enjoys a first‑class experience. You'll lead and develop the team, manage operations, and help grow a vibrant community‑focused brand.

We're looking for someone with experience in hospitality, leisure, fitness or venue operations who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and loves delivering exceptional service.
