Signet Collection is seeking a hands‑on Restaurant & Events Supervisor to lead our Food & Beverage team at The Barnsdale, Rutland. You will drive guest experience across the restaurant, bar, weddings, conferences and events, ensuring flawless service in both the main hotel and event barn.
The role requires energy, commercial thinking and a passion for hospitality, with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
