Liverpool Football Club is seeking a Hospitality Head Host to oversee all Hosts and ensure exceptional customer service on match days and events at Anfield Stadium. The ideal candidate will lead a team, maintain high standards, and contribute to a positive hospitality experience for guests.
This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a customer-driven approach. Previous supervisory experience in a customer service environment is preferred. As an ambassador for the Club, the Head Host will be vital in creating lasting memories for guests.
