Rosewood London is seeking a part-time Reservations Agent to handle room inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings using the hotel's selling strategy. You will respond promptly with professionalism to ensure a seamless booking experience.
A thorough knowledge of the hotel, excellent communication, teamwork and proactive task management are essential. Familiarity with Opera PMS is a plus. Benefits include meals on duty, staff discounts and pension.
