Housekeeping Team Member

Responsibilities

• Work split shifts in the afternoons and evenings to provide turn down services to guests, cleaning and tidying rooms and bathrooms in preparation for evening wind down.
• Perform pre‑turn down duties including linen porterage, cleaning of public areas, in‑house laundry, logistical storage handling, topping up supplies, and servicing guest bedrooms.
• Collaborate with all departments to maintain a 5‑star hospitality standard in rooms and public areas.
• Adhere to strict time‑management requirements and maintain high standards of cleanliness and detail.
• Maintain a positive can‑do attitude and contribute to teamwork and effective communication across departments.

• Flexibility to work split shifts over 7 days.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent time‑management.
