You will be the face of the lounge, ensuring a warm welcome, efficient service, and clean, well-presented spaces while supporting stock, hygiene, and team collaboration.
The role requires hospitality or customer service background, excellent communication, attention to detail, and flexibility to cover early to late shifts seven days a week.
