Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Sous Chef in Liverpool to support the Head Chef and lead a busy hotel kitchen. The role focuses on food quality, consistency and staff development, with opportunities to deputise for the Head Chef and contribute to menu ideas.
You will manage stock, ensure HACCP standards, and work closely with other hotel departments to deliver excellent meetings and events catering.
