Heeton Concept Hotel – City Centre Liverpool is seeking a Guest Service Assistant for night shifts. You will warmly welcome guests, handle bookings, process transactions and upsell services to ensure a flawless overnight experience.
You will greet guests, check them in/out, record preferences, respond to requests and collaborate with team to deliver memorable stays. Fluent English is essential; hospitality experience preferred and flexibility for nights.
