Events Supervisor

We're recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for CH&CO on a full time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week. As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and helping to deliver truly incredible food experiences.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Supervise catering teams during conferences, meetings, exhibitions, dinners and special events. Act as the primary point of contact for event clients on the day of their event, providing a professional and welcoming experience from arrival through to event completion. Ensure all event spaces are set up according to event specifications, function sheets and client requirements. Coordinate food and beverage service to ensure timely and professional delivery.

Conduct pre-event briefings with team members. Our ideal Catering Supervisor will:
