A great bartender is more thanjust a master of mixing drinks—they're a performer, a listener, and the heartbeat of the bar. As a Bartender, you craft more than cocktails; youcraft experiences. Whether it's a quiet glass of wine, a bold signature drink,or a perfectly pulled pint, every pour tells a story, and you're the one whobrings it to life.

• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
• Experience with in a food and beverage service outlet for a minimum of 1 year
• Knowledge of working within a beverage led environment
• Ability to converse written and verbally in English

• Be responsible for helping to maintain a customer-focused culture which support the values expressed in the Resort Ambition and the Resort’s business goals of profitability and service quality.
• Establishes and maintain effective and positive relationships within the team as well as other departments.
• Complies with the resort’s Health and safety, Hygiene policies as well as all other resort policies and procedures.
• Maintains an understanding and acceptance of the monthly budgets and a motivation to achieving these.
• Maintains an understanding of the controls in place that monitor performance of the Department
