Liverpool Are you an experienced Senior Ecologist looking to join an independent environmental and planning consultancy working across renewable energy, infrastructure and nature-based projects?

The Senior Ecologist role will involve:

Managing medium to large and complex ecological projects

Leading surveys, site visits and ECoW work Producing high-quality ecological assessments, reports and management plans

Providing specialist ecological advice to clients and stakeholders

Managing subcontractors and quality-checking project deliverables

Line managing and mentoring junior ecologists

Supporting business development, tenders and client relationships

Requirements:

Relevant degree and strong consultancy experience

Associate/Full CIEEM membership or working towards

Strong project management and report-writing skills

Excellent knowledge of UK ecology legislation and guidance

Experience mentoring or managing junior staff

Full UK driving licence

Full right to work in the UKLiving in or within a commutable distance of the Liverpool office
