The Opportunity
Our client is one of the fastest-growing housing associations in the Northwest, offering excellent long-term opportunities within their responsive maintenance team. They are now seeking an experienced Multi Joiner to join their Liverpool team, working across both occupied and void social housing properties.

Key Duties

Carry out all aspects of joinery repairs and maintenance

Deliver additional basic multi-trade tasks (e.g., patch plastering, basic plumbing, minor tiling)

Work on both reactive and planned maintenance across tenanted and void properties

Provide high-quality workmanship while representing the organisation professionally

Engage with tenants/customers directly, ensuring excellent customer service

Complete works safely and in line with health & safety guidelines

Requirements

NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry & Joinery or equivalent qualification (must be able to provide proof)

Proven experience in a multi-trade role within social housing or a similar environment

Full UK driving licence

Must be clean shaven for the Face Fit

No more than 6 points on licence; no alcohol/drug-related bans

Strong communication and customer care skills
