Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We’re looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a respected and well-established building services company. Based in a high-profile commercial office near Liverpool Street, this role offers an excellent salary, generous overtime, and genuine career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out both Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs
Electrical work including lighting, wiring, testing, fire alarms, BMS, and lighting systems
Fault-finding and repairs on AHUs, FCUs, UPS, generators, and LV systems
HVAC plant maintenance, including pumps and associated equipment

Requirements:

City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical qualification (or equivalent)
City & Guilds 18th Edition and 2391 Testing & Inspection
Minimum 3 years’ experience in building services
Good working knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC plant, and building services equipment
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
