£40,000 - £45,000 (OTE £50,000+) + DNO Accreditations Provided + Upskilling into HV Jointing + Structured Progression + Van Provided + Fuel Card + Holidays + Pension

The ideal candidate will be an LV Jointer looking to progress into HV jointing and gain hands-on experience across a varied range of projects up to 33kV.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit team, receive full training on HV systems, and build a clear path for long-term career development.

The Role:

LV Jointer role with the opportunity to upskill into HV jointing through hands-on training and industry-specific authorisations.
Varied workload with no two days the same, including jointing, fitting, and supporting the wider business on specialist projects.
Local patch no stays away with a call out rota (1 in
3)
Long-term progression into management within a business that has a strong track record of promoting from within.

The Person :

Experience in LV jointing.
Highly motivated to progress into HV jointing.
Full UK driving licence.
