Senior Electrician

Established in 2018, Zenith Eco Solutions has an aim along with Britain to improve Britain’s emissions. We aim to achieve this by installing energy saving measure in domestic properties across the UK. We specialise in installing insulation measure such as energy efficient heating systems such as condensing boiler upgrades and air source heat pumps.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Electrician / Working Qualified Supervisor (QS) with experience of working in the renewable energy sector to join our team.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and can confidently oversee day‑to‑day site activities while remaining actively involved on the tools.

You will undertake a wide range of electrical work, from small domestic installations to large‑scale renewable energy projects including Solar PV, battery storage systems, EV chargers, and Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) in the North West of England and Wales.

• Carry out electrical installation, maintenance, inspection, testing, and fault finding
• Complete certification and compliance documentation where required
• Conduct EICRs and ensure compliance with current regulations
• Oversee and support day‑to‑day site activities
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service
• Work independently and manage time effectively
• Support the business in maintaining and developing QS responsibilities
• Assist with renewable energy installations including:
  • Battery Storage
  • Air Source Heat Pumps

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Certification (including latest amendment)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Qualified Supervisor role
• Strong understanding of EICR processes and compliance requirements
• Excellent fault‑finding and testing skills
• Confidence and technical competence to enrol with NAPIT as a Qualified Supervisor
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence (no more then 6 points)
• Experience with renewable technologies and energy‑efficient systems is essential
