Multi Skilled Operative – Permanent Position

Liverpool (North West locations)

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Multi Skilled Operative to join our growing team on a permanent basis, carrying out reactive maintenance and repair works across the North West.

• £33,280 per annum
• Company van provided (work use only)
• 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Permanent, full-time position

The successful candidate will carry out a variety of maintenance and repair works within occupied and void properties. The role requires a practical, customer-focused individual with a broad range of trade skills.

Applicants must be competent in:

• Minor brickwork repairs
• Groundworks
• Basic joinery
• Wall and floor tile repairs
• Patch plastering
• Minor plumbing repairs

• Full clean UK driving licence
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Professional and customer-friendly approach
• Must be based in Merseyside

The successful applicant will be based in Merseyside, with works carried out across the North West region.
