Floor Layer

Are you a skilled floor layer who takes pride in delivering quality work that genuinely makes a difference. Our Client is expanding their repairs and maintenance team and are looking for reliable, experienced professionals to help us keep homes safe, comfortable, and well maintained.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Installing and repairing a range of flooring types including vinyl, carpet, laminate, safety flooring, and tiles repair to Installing Polysafe safety flooring, cap and cove installation for wet rooms

* Carrying out planned and responsive maintenance in occupied and void social housing properties

* Ensuring all work meets high standards of finish, safety, and customer satisfaction

* Working independently or as part of a wider repairs team

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience as a floor layer in domestic or social housing settings

* Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

* Ability to communicate professionally with tenants and colleagues

* Full UK driving licence (company vehicle provided )

* CSCS card or equivalent is beneficial
