Commissioning & Maintenance Engineer - Emergency Lighting

Reading, Basingstoke, Oxford
Salary: £35,000 - £43,000 + Bonus + Company Vehicle
Our client is a leading and well-established manufacturer of emergency lighting systems, known for delivering high-quality solutions across a wide range of sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Commissioning & Maintenance Engineer to join their team.
The RoleBased in the Reading/Basingstoke/Oxford area, you will:
- Commission and maintain the company's own emergency lighting systems
- Cover sites across South-Central and West London
- Work across a variety of environments, ensuring safety and compliance standards are met
- Qualified Electrician (City & Guilds 2391 and/or 18th Edition 2382 preferred) - Candidates with partial qualifications will still be considered if willing to complete further training and development.
- Experience in lighting maintenance, commissioning (wired, wireless, and DALI), and contracting
- Strong on-site technical service background
- Professional, reliable, and motivated to deliver high-quality work
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Willingness to stay away overnight on occasion
Candidates with partial qualifications will still be considered if willing to complete further training and development.
