Think Recruitment is actively seeking skilled tradesmen to join their award-winning maintenance team in Liverpool. This rewarding role involves working in void properties, performing crucial repairs and installations to prepare homes for new tenants.
The ideal candidate will possess an NVQ Level 3 qualification and have experience in carpentry, with a proven track record of quality workmanship. A full UK driving licence, as well as your own vehicle and tools, are also required.
This position offers a competitive pay rate of £19.00 per hour and 40 hours of work each week, primarily Monday to Friday.
