- London - £28 per hour ( Umbrella ) CBW is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber to work for an established company situated in
London. The successful candidate will be a qualified plumber with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance. Hours/Details: 4 on 4 off 07:00am to 19:00pm 19:00pm to 07:00am Contract type
- Temp to perm DBS needed Immediate start Duties and responsibilities Repairing Toilets and Sinks Unblocking Toilets Water Hygiene maintenance and inspections Pipework inspections and repairs Minor installation works Carpentry work Minor fixing Maintenance of pumps, expansions vessels, PRVs and TMVs Flexible in helping other trades on site Planned and reactive works Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing) General building fabric Escort specialist subcontractors Requirements Plumbing qualified level 3 minimum A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance Installation experience Excellent customer service skills Happy to cover a large site Honest, hard-working and reliable For more information or to apply please email your updated CV to
