CBRE is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Plumber to support sites across the Northwest of England. This full-time role is responsible for planned preventative and reactive plumbing maintenance, ensuring building systems are safe and operational.
The ideal candidate will have a City & Guilds or NVQ qualification in Plumbing along with relevant experience. Responsibilities include maintenance of plumbing systems, installations, and emergency call-outs. A full UK driving licence is required.
