Due to continued growth, Joloda Hydraroll is seeking an experienced Service and Installation Engineer to take a hands‑on leadership role within our expanding service team. You’ll oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of our advanced mechanical loading systems - driving quality, safety, and customer satisfaction across UK and international projects.
We’re looking for a proactive engineer with proven supervisory or team leadership experience who thrives in a dynamic, customer‑focused environment.

What You’ll Do- Lead and support installation and service teams across UK and international projects.
- Carry out installation, servicing, and fault diagnosis on automated loading systems.
- Supervise on‑site work to ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Interpret engineering drawings and schematics to deliver precise installations.
- Maintain accurate service documentation and provide professional client handovers.
- Coordinate with project managers to deliver projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Proven experience in service, installation, or maintenance of industrial or automated systems.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience—able to guide and motivate teams.
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a mechanical discipline.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to read technical drawings.
- Excellent problem‑solving, organisational, and communication skills.
- A customer‑focused, safety‑first approach.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel (up to 50%).
- Competitive OTE £45,000 – £48,000 package inclusive of basic rate + overtime
