Job Description

Take on a contract role with a company van, weekly pay and consistent work as an Electrician, carrying out electrical maintenance and compliance works across the North West. Positions are available in Liverpool, Manchester, Preston, Blackpool and the Fylde Coast. You’ll be completing ongoing maintenance, electrical testing and general installation works within occupied social housing properties. Work will be allocated across the local area, with a company van supplied subject to driving licence checks.

I’d love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as an Electrician, Electrical Tester, Domestic Installer or Maintenance Electrician within social housing or similar environments.

• Carrying out electrical maintenance within occupied social housing properties
• Completing EICRs and associated electrical testing
• Undertaking general installation works in line with current wiring regulations
• Travelling between sites as jobs are allocated
• Working safely and compliantly within domestic environments
• Managing a varied workload independently

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• A relevant electrical installation qualification, such as an NVQ or City & Guilds equivalent
• 2391 Testing and Inspection qualification, but not essential
• Previous experience completing domestic electrical installations
• Experience working within social housing or property maintenance
• A clean driving licence

• Company van supplied
• Weekly pay through agency timesheets

• Around 40 hours per week
• Minimal overtime and call-out requirements

Positions are available for an Electrician in Liverpool, Manchester, Preston, Blackpool and the Fylde Coast. Work will be allocated across the surrounding area, so candidates must be comfortable travelling between properties.
