Scania Thurrock DCW is seeking an experienced HGV Technician Shift Supervisor to lead the workshop team at Thurrock VMU. The role runs a 4 on 4 off shift (06:00–18:00) with an hourly rate of £20.09–£24.70 and an excellent benefits package. You will manage technicians, ensure safe work practices, and drive customer service excellence.
Responsibilities include mentoring apprentices, maintaining high standards on job cards, and promoting efficient workshop operations with proactive communication.
