Role Description

The Double Glazing Fitting Team role is a full-time, on-site position based in Liverpool. The team is responsible for the installation of double-glazed windows, doors, bespoke roofs, and aluminum products in line with company standards and project specifications. Day-to-day tasks include measuring and preparing openings, fitting frames and glass units, sealing and finishing installations, and ensuring all work meets safety and building regulations.

The role also involves loading and unloading materials, using hand and power tools, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and communicating with site supervisors and customers as needed. Team members may assist with troubleshooting installation issues and performing minor repairs or adjustments to ensure high-quality results.

Qualifications
  • Experience in window, door, and double glazing installation, including measuring, fitting, and finishing.
  • Practical skills in using hand and power tools, working at height, and handling glass and aluminum safely.
  • Knowledge of basic building practices, site safety procedures, and relevant regulations or standards.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines.
  • Attention to detail, good time management, and a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
  • Full UK driving license and reliable transport are highly beneficial.
  • Previous experience in construction, glazing, or a related trade is preferred but not strictly required.
  • Willingness to undertake further training and certifications related to health and safety and product installation.
