Air Conditioning Engineer (Mobile - Commercial FM)
Location: Liverpool (field-based)
Salary: £44,000-£50,000 basic + overtime + van + fuel card + benefits
Hours: Monday-Friday, door-to-door pay, occasional out-of-hours rota
Due to continued growth, our client- a leading facilities management and HVAC contractor- is recruiting an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to cover commercial sites across London and the South East.
The Role- Servicing, testing, and maintaining split, multi-split, and VRV/VRF air conditioning systems.
- Diagnosing electrical and refrigeration faults and completing repairs to a high standard.
- Raising quotes and recommendations for remedial works and upgrades.
- Completing job sheets, service reports, and compliance documentation via a mobile app.
- Building strong relationships with site teams and clients, representing the business professionally on every visit.
- Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer within FM or commercial contracting.
- Valid F-Gas Category 1 certification (City & Guilds 2079 or equivalent).
