Our client is a Liverpool-based building and property services company that works across the North West.
They mainly do:
🏠 Social housing repairs and maintenance
🔨 Empty-home (“void”) works
🛁 Kitchen and bathroom installations
🏗️ Property refurbishments
♿ Adaptations for residents
⚡ Electrical, heating and plumbing work
🏘️ Development and construction projects
🔧 General repairs and planned works
Due to a busy work stream, they are looking for an experienced Painter / Decorator to join their planned works team in Merseyside on a permanent basis.
The RoleThe successful candidate will carry out painting and decorating works across residential properties, delivering a high-quality finish as part of planned refurbishment and maintenance works.
RequirementsProven experience as a Painter / Decorator.
Experience with in residential, refurbishment or maintenance environments.
High standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional approach when working in residents' homes.
NVQ & CSCS card required.
