Panel Beater / MET Technician (Dual Skilled)

Swindon | Permanent | £19.50 - £22 Per Hour + Bonus + Overtime

You will be working as part of a skilled team, carrying out a wide range of accident repair duties and ensuring vehicles are restored to the highest possible standard.

• Carry out high-quality panel repairs and structural work.
• Strip and refit vehicles (MET work) as required.
• Work on a mix of insurance and private repair jobs.
• Ensure all repairs are completed to manufacturer standards.
• Take full ownership of jobs through to completion.
• Work as part of a skilled and professional bodyshop team.

• Proven experience as both a Panel Beater and MET Technician.
• Confidence working across both disciplines on a daily basis.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Ability to work independently within a well-structured workshop.
• A quality-focused approach rather than a volume-driven mindset.

• £19.50 - £22 per hour depending on experience.
