Key Responsibilities:

You will complete the Trainee Technician training program, which will last between 6 and 12 months, depending on experience. You will be mentored by an experienced colleague and monitored by the H&S training and compliance team. You will learn all policies and procedures relevant to your role including the Safe Systems of Work. You will be trained to complete the below qualifications
Ensuring we consistently meet customer demand for all services offered
Always maintain high-quality work
Attention to detail and confident and capable in your technical ability
Ensuring you follow all policies and processes to conduct work to the highest standards
Always meet the DVSA guidelines & standards

Required Skills
Passion for working in the automotive industry and to obtain the relevant qualifications
Strong customer service skills
Flexibility and willingness to work overtime
Possess a full, current driving licence
