Kinloch Lodge Hotel is recruiting Front of House team members to join its hospitality team on the Isle of Skye.

This role suits individuals or couples who enjoy working with people and want to be part of a well run, supportive hotel environment.

You will work within the front of house team, supporting day to day guest service across the hotel.

You will welcome guests, assist during service, and help ensure a relaxed and professional experience throughout their stay.

You will work closely with colleagues to maintain high standards across dining and public areas.

You will take pride in your work and contribute positively to the team culture.

This is a year round role with start dates from early February.

The role is based on site at Kinloch Lodge Hotel.

Accommodation can be provided, and couples are welcome to apply.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Previous hospitality experience is helpful but not required, as full training is provided.

You should be reliable, enthusiastic, and comfortable working as part of a team.

You should enjoy working in a guest facing role and take pride in your workplace.

An excellent hourly rate with regular pay reviews.
