Carry out plumbing works as required within domestic and void properties, including but not limited to:

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of hot and cold water systems
• Repair or replacement of pipework, taps, valves, and fittings
• Maintenance and repair of sanitary ware (toilets, basins, sinks, baths, and showers)
• Investigation and repair of leaks and water ingress
• Renewal of seals and silicone to kitchens and bathrooms where required
• Testing and commissioning of plumbing systems after works
• Ensuring all work complies with current water regulations and safety standards
• Leaving work areas clean, safe, and in good order upon completion

• Experience in domestic/reactive maintenance
• Full UK driving licence
• Reliable and able to work independently
