Field Installation Technician

Overview

Junior Installation Engineer (Full Training) – home based with regular stays away from home. The role includes a two-year training programme designed to progress toward becoming a product expert, with opportunities for progression and strong earning potential through overtime.

Salary and benefits: £30,000 base salary + OTE, regular overtime, and benefits including breakfast/lunch/dinner paid for, company car (available for personal use), FULL MACHINERY TRAINING, progression to Expert Engineer, 33 days holiday, 24/7 GP, and private medical coverage.

Location note:
Home based with regular stays away from home (approximately 70% of the time). Commutable from Glasgow, Edinburgh, Livingston, Falkirk and surrounding areas.

Travel:
Role requires UK-wide work with regular stays away from home (2–3 nights per week).

• Provide on-site services including installation, commissioning and assembly of bespoke machinery

• Full driver’s license and willing to stay away from home
• Comfortable with heights, as occasional work at height is required
• Experience in Installation, Service, Maintenance or Assembly from any hands-on background is desirable
