Description- Teach twelve to fifteen hours of mathematics courses each semester (possible combination of on-campus and online courses).
- Maintain ten (10) weekly office hours.
- Serve on departmental and University committees asd needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Chairperson.
Required:
- Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- Successful experience in teaching mathematics at both the secondary and college levels.
- Strong commitment to excellence in teaching.
- Ability to work effectively with administration, faculty, staff, and students from varied socio-economic/ethnic backgrounds.
Desired:
- Successful teaching in a small student-centered regional university setting.
- Experience and interest in computer technologies and instruction.
- Experience with online courses.
Salary: Dependent upon training and experience; includes an excellent health benefits package
