Description
  • Teach twelve to fifteen hours of mathematics courses each semester (possible combination of on-campus and online courses).
  • Maintain ten (10) weekly office hours.
  • Serve on departmental and University committees asd needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Chairperson.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related field.
  • Successful experience in teaching mathematics at both the secondary and college levels.
  • Strong commitment to excellence in teaching.
  • Ability to work effectively with administration, faculty, staff, and students from varied socio-economic/ethnic backgrounds.

Desired:

  • Successful teaching in a small student-centered regional university setting.
  • Experience and interest in computer technologies and instruction.
  • Experience with online courses.

Salary: Dependent upon training and experience; includes an excellent health benefits package
