Description- Follow lesson plans provided by the lead teacher to maintain daily routines and instructional goals.
- Supervise and engage students in classroom, playground, and lunchroom activities.
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with staff, students, and administrators.
- Report attendance, incidents, and relevant observations to the lead teacher or administration.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the daily operation of the Campus School.
Schedule: Part-time, on-call basis depending on staff absences and classroom needs. Hours may vary between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience working with children (in a classroom, childcare, or camp setting) preferred.
- Must be dependable, flexible, and professional.
- Ability to follow directions, maintain classroom order, and foster a positive learning atmosphere.
