The University of West Alabama College of Business is seeking to hire an experienced and dedicated full-time faculty member in statistics and analytics to teach undergraduate courses starting January 2026.

Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate courses in Business Statistics and Business Analytics.
• Serve as Lead Teacher on assigned courses.
• Work with faculty from various colleges on cross-campus collaboration curricula.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the appropriate administrators.

• A Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in teaching.
• Ability to teach business statistics and business analytics. Must have 18 graduate hours in related fields, qualified to teach undergraduate statistics courses.
• Ability to work effectively with students, staff, faculty, and administration.
• Participate in assessment activities of the college.
• Successful college teaching experience.
• Experience teaching both on-campus and online.
• Experience teaching diverse populations.
